The Fairy Tale Tarot Kickstarter

You may have heard that I’m thinking about doing a Kickstarter campaign to help bring The Fairy Tale Tarot back in print. First published in 2009 by Llewellyn Publications, the deck only saw one print run and soon became a highly collectible item. For years, people have asked me about the deck only for me to answer that I no longer had copies to sell. I myself have only a scant few personal copies remaining in my studio.

Many suggested I launch a Kickstarter to bring The Fairy Tale Tarot back to life. I have thought about self publishing for a long time and after researching the logistics of a Kickstarter campaign, I’ve decided that a crowdfunded campaign would be the most feasible way to make a new The Fairy Tale Tarot a reality. Thanks to the encouragement of many fans, friends, and colleagues, I’ve started planning a Kickstarter rollout for sometime in Spring 2021. Your help and support would be greatly appreciated! I’ve been listening to suggestions regarding card size, card stock, potential add-ons, and other production details to ensure that a brand new The Fairy Tale Tarot will be something special and collectible.
